Common disbursements

Sharing costs between Landlords and Tenants
If the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) does not apply, the Landlord can pass the above costs on to the Tenant unless otherwise agreed.
If the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) does apply, then the Landlord can only pass on half of the costs relating to a Lease, an Extension of Lease or Mortgagee fees.
